About You
It was very enjoyable as I was able the shadow anybody that I pleased on the trading floor. The freedom was the most enjoyable aspect.
Very much so, as the programme was very well organised in the sense that I was cared for by my buddy and she was interested in my learning.
I received a lot of support by my buddy as she regularly checked if I was getting on OK.
I have learnt more in this week than I could have ever learned just trying to research the same things at home.
The Company
It was well structured in the sense that there few restrictions when it came to work shadowing and the HR events were always well organised.
Great atmosphere as everybody was excited to be in unfamiliar territory and learn new things.
Very much so.
I wasn't given any genuine roles as such so it was hard to gage. But generally I got a good insight.
It helped a lot and learnt that everybody is very approachable.
Extremely valuable as this is what I would be doing were I to choose banking.
Everything Else
I will be reimbursed.
There were 2 opportunities, both of which are useful.
Very good as the senior reps were willing to tell us what they did.
Absolutely. We learnt Citi's emphasis on social responsibility.
Yes. The work shadowing freedom is as far as I know unique to Citi.
