  • Very comfortable environment

  • I think in RBS, if you work hard you will get the respect from other colleagues.

  • There was a huge restructure change that affected business support, but still ample enough for me.

  • Relatively quiet

  • they invested around £2000 in my personal development (training) externally and had internal training also.

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Started off well, some kept themselves to themselves near the end. Was close to most of the graduates though, and one placement student

  • Lived at home

  • ok but most people went home after work so didn't socialise as much as I would have thought at the start of the year
