Spring Internship Program Review

It was a great experience for me. I found it very valuable to understand the investment banking business. I really enjoyed shadowing sessions as well as the opportunity to assist conférences lead by sector's A-players.

Human ressources did everything for us. The accommodation as well as the transportation was free. Everything was taken care of for us to be in the best conditions to assist the Spring Insight.

Human ressources were always available to help us. Everything was really well explained in guide books and through e-mails. Analysts always made themselves available to guide us in our career choices.

The information I received will be for sure very valuable to me. I received advice from analysts, those were really different from what I have learned at school. I could picture myself working in the firm and that will for sure provide me great motivation for my future.

The Insight was really well structured. The schedule was always respected and we had the opportunity to go through many activities, as well as assessment centers. Congratulations to the HR team for their work !

The general atmosphere was great. HR were really helpful as well as analysts. The activities were really interesting and it participated in having a great ambiance among Spring Insight participants.

The company has invested a lot in us. It has organised many presentations with very high executives, analysts took time to network with us and to provide is with very precious advice.

We shadowed analysts and we attended presentations of each line of business we were interested in. The values of the firm were also underlined through many conferences.

We attended many presentations, including one lead by the CEO of BAML EMEA ! Some of them were entirely dedicated to the company's culture. In addition, during presentations of lines of businesses, analysts emphasized in the differences between BAML and the other investment banks.

Being able to hear about the daily life of analysts was very helpful for me to decide on my future career path. Presentations were very well prepared, we have received very useful information.

All lunches and breakfasts were free.

Yes ! There was at least one networking event per day. The networking diner was great as well !

They were really interesting. There were many analysts and most of them were seniors.

Yes, there was a networking session as well as a presentation dedicated to the associations of the bank.

I woud definetly recommend this insight to a friend. I have learned a lot about investment banking and I could picture myself working in the industry. In addition, all of the Spring Insight participants were fast-tracked for assessment centers, which was a great opportunity to secure a summer internship.
