About You
In addition to being informative the insight experience was thoroughly enjoyable.
I was given the opportunity to work in teams of 5 or 6 individuals for group activities, while a significant proportion of the time was allotted for work shadowing, so I never felt neglected.
I received clear instructions and had multiple sources to go to for guidance, from the organizers to my work-shadow buddy; everyone was approachable.
The skills I picked up during the placement will help me prioritize tasks (from Agile Development games) and communicate in the future since the week was group work intensive.
The Company
The schedule was busy, but there was ample time for breaks and the activities themselves were fun so it didn't feel too strenuous.
The atmosphere was lighter than expected, yet professional throughout.
