  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
  • I had no idea about the programme schedule before the spring week. JP Morgan became very welcoming and offered us wonderful hotels, absolutely amazing! The whole has been very enjoyable and fruitful. I learnt a lot and practised a lot

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued during your time at the company or firm?
  • JP Morgan has very supportive culture. The environment is so conducive and cosy. All the staffs and speakers were very friendly and open to us. All the networking sessions were wonderful.

  • 3. How much guidance/support did you receive during the insight?
  • A lot of speakers from different background and different roles gave us plenty of speeches. Gained in-depth insights about the company and the division. My buddy gave me very detailed technical knowledge about her work instead of generic introduction.

  • 4. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and information you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • The teamwork and presentations, projects were very helpful. Developed my teamwork skills and collaboration skills. These soft skills are transferable and can stay with me for life.

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?
  • This year included a lot of new things. Thus, there is some room for improvement. The introduction can be pushed forward and the project can be more organised. It will be better for us to get some general idea about the division first before we get speakers to talk about specific divisions.

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?
  • Absolutely interesting! I had a lot of fun during the AGILE game, group project and business challenge. Working with others to achieve better outcomes for the group was the constant objective for me. Competed with others to obtain better results made everything more interesting.

  • 8. To what extent did the insight help you to understand what it would be like to have a full time role with the company or firm?
  • A lot of speakers to talk about different roles. Buddies talked about some technical knowledge and everyday life. Gained more concrete picture about the division after the programme.

  • During the spring week, integrity and mobility have been emphasized constantly. Reputation and discipline are also mentioned regularly. Watching current employees allowed me to get a much better understanding about the company as a whole.

  • Absolutely wonderful hotel, amazing sea views. Very pleasant learning journey.

  • Had networking sessions every day, not only with senior partners and directors but also with junior analysts, graduates, buddies··· Lots and lots of opportunities you can grab of.
