About You
The whole insight week was excellent! The structure of the week provided excellent exposure to all areas of the division I selected (Markets). The group project - with other students on the insight program, and overseen by analysts at the bank was incredibly interesting and enjoyable. The insight provided access to employees at both junior and senior levels, all of whom were more than happy to have a conversation. As a result of all of this, the amount picked up over the week, and the amount of fun I had while doing so is simply outstanding.
I felt extremely valued. Evidenced through the numerous networking lunches with senior members of the firm, shadowing associates, and project work with assigned mentors. It was all conducted in a manner that demonstrated the commitment made by the firm to those of us on the insight program.
