    • The Leadership Academy was so enjoyable, we were challenged but met lots of great new people and learnt so much.

    • We had a member of EY with our group for the entirety of the Academy so were able to ask questions and be supported throughout the week.

    The Company

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • The programme was very interesting and packed with useful fun tasks. Over the four days we ensured everyone's questions about EY and Leadership were answered through different activities focused on ourselves and within a new team.

    • The Academy was really fun, tasks were challenging but rewarding and I would recommend the week to anyone considering it!
