About You
I enjoyed the whole programme immensely. I found it inspirational, insightful and super helpful and friendly. Everybody on the programme hosting was incredibly nice and I have made many close friends as a result. I learnt more about myself taking to Mary for 10 seconds than 10 years of my life.
EY went out of their way to organise fun evening activities for us every night, I genuinely felt valued by the firm and really appreciate their time and effort invested into us.
A lot! From peers and from 'facilitators'. We received a lot of feedback and ways to improve our leadership skills in a positive encouraging way.
Skills for life because it taught me how to be taken more seriously in the work place and when working in a team environment. The whole programme was very self improving.
The Company
Brilliant! There were regular breaks and fun activities in the evening, however the only slight negative was that it left little free time just to be at one with ourselves.
Brilliant! Everybody felt comfortable with each other and there was a very happy environment.
SO SO MUCH! I really appreciate all the hard work EY (Katherine, Olivia etc.) put into organising this programme. And Mary's team were great, even offering us support for after the programme.
I'd say this programme was mainly focused on self-improvement and less throwing 'EY' at us. That's the nature of this programme though..'the Leadership Academy'.
By living in and spending days with EY staff I really learnt about the company culture.
It focussed us on thinking about our vision of our future, it did not push us to join EY.
Everything Else
We had a facilitator/team coach who was an EY worker. There as also a dinner where more EY workers joined.
Very yummy.
Really got to become friends with the EY employees.
100%, no doubt about it.
