The Role
Was the best working experience I've had to date.
Many were supportive and encouraging but with short time frame it was hard to get the opportunity to get to know everyone.
There was not as much contact with management as I had expected. But support was there if needed.
There was a good balance but if work was organised in advance for the quieter work periods it might have helped.
I felt like I was treated fairly equally to a new graduate.
The skills and training will definitely help me beyond my final year as it has confirmed my interest in the field and hope to continue doing similar work.
The Company
The right atmosphere of work and fun
There should have been more set up and more meetings for feedback, other than that the placement was well organised.
I felt there was little development because the training was intense and confusing but proved to be useful in the end. The company could have done more.
Company Parties/Events
I'm looking forward to going back to continue the work that I enjoyed and the colleagues that were very supportive.
The Culture
We met up regularly after work
It was expensive! But then most things are for a student
I'd say it was good, not great.
There were socials organised but being there for 2 months, we didn't have the chance to get involved in too many of them.
