About You
I really enjoyed the spring week and was pleased to be given the opportunity to see how the technology department operates and what further subjects I have to study.
I was given the chance to shadow the cloud team and I was treated really well and the coaching given will assist me with my career in the future. Hopefully this will be at JP Morgan!
I received guidance well before the spring week started and the instructions were clear during the week. Danielle and Jennifer did a great job when organising the schedule.
Hugely, I know what further subjects I have to study and I will have to do more in my own time.
The Company
Excellent, there was a schedule given out at the beginning of the week and practical and general talks were given, good mixture.
Very good, everyone got on and enjoyed the week. No issues with the atmosphere and made some new friends.
Huge investment in the group, accommodation was brilliant and luxury. The time given by managers and team members was so important.
You can't buy experience like what we got during the week, an amazing week and everyone in the company obviously buys in to it.
We had discussions with employees from all over the business, there seems to be a happy culture and this can only benefit the staff the the company as a whole.
Again, you cannot buy experience, after the shadowing sessions, I know what I need to do to get to a advanced level of programming.
Everything Else
Hotel was excellent, the company offered to pay for traveling expenses and lunch (if it wasn't available). I was happy to pay for this myself as JP Morgan gave us so much.
Several networking sessions with different levels of staff from interns to senior management.
Excellent, food and beverages were provided and we all enjoyed the bowling night.
Yes as we spoke to several interns over the week and found out about what is available to employees of the company.
Yes, and I will pass information on to the students at my university.
