    • Was kept busy with interesting work, but not worked to death, and didn't dread coming into work in the morning

    • Entire team was very welcoming and made me feel very much one of them

    • always answered my questions and provided me with direction. occasionally too busy to help

    • sometimes didnt have enough to do, but mostly a good balance

    • had some of my own projects, but understandably not given too much of a free rein.

    • good computer experience and learnt a huge amount about finance

    • fairly good organisation, but it is a new program and there are things to work on - for example not much information was available prior to starting
