    • Not only did I learn more about BAML, but also about the industry as a whole.

    • All firm representatives treated me as an equal with respect and were willing to teach me things as if I was part of their team.

    • Every day was well scheduled, full of activities, networking opportunities and presentations

    • Everyone was open minded and willing to discuss a broad range of topics.

    • While I wasn't taught how to do a job, I got a feeling that all training would be provided in future internships or once I start full-time.

    • Multiple shadowing opportunities and presentations gave me valuable insight into this.

    • Having spoken to a number of reps, they disclosed the common values in the firm.

    • Lunch and breakfast every day and a dinner on one of the days + travel expenses covered.

    • Constantly, even during meal times. I met over 50 reps.
