About You
It was great. I enjoyed every second of it. We got exposure to the entire business and got a great overview of the different positions and responsibilities across the department. Additionally, there where several opportunities to network with current employees and other interns.
I felt highly valued. They spent a lot of time and energy to organize everything for us and it seemed that they really where interested in getting to know us. Everyone we spoke to where very friendly and liked to share their thoughts and experiences at the company.
We where provided with a lot of support throughout the week. From coaching sessions, talking to mentors and given insights from senior managers.
I learned a lot about finance and I also got to use skills and knowledge I have received form my studies. I felt like both University and the Spring Week compliment each other very well.
The Company
Great, every second was perfectly planned and there was always something going on. There was never a moment when you felt that you wasted your time or that you where sitting around doing nothing.
I was fortunate to be with a great group of interns and J.P Morgan has a truly great work atmosphere. It is a challenging and professional environment, but with a supportive and teamwork spirit.
A lot, we where provided great accommodation, several evening events, as well as many employees taking time out of their busy day to help and educate us.
To a large extent, but I still think there is a lot more to learn.
It was very helpful to understanding the values and culture of the company.
Great! I really want to work for JP Morgan. Compared to other experiences I have had It seems to me to be one of the absolutely best financial institutions to work for.
Everything Else
I was provided, meals, accommodation, travel and evening events. However, I was not paid.
Everyday provided opportunities to network and ask questions to many employees.
They where good, but sometimes they where a bit to short. At times, it was hard to have the time to speak to all the employees you wanted to speak to.
Yes.
Without a doubt. I Strongly encourage anyone who has the opportunity to attend the Spring Week at J.P. Morgan. It is the best experience in my life so far.
