Technology Spring Intern Review

I really enjoyed this Technology insight and I would highly recommend it.

Taking part in activities tailored to our particular interests I felt valued and I was enabled to learn a lot in a practical way about what I like and to find what I want to do for future.

People in charge of it pay close attention to interns's feedback and take actions quickly. They support everyone and encourage people to be creative and to develop their skills by working in group projects.

Enjoying different business areas I discovered the structure and their activity, I felt motivated and I found out what to learn.

The insight week was very well structured with work shadowing sessions, interesting talks from key people from the organizatiom and with great group projects.

The culture in general is based on some values that are reflected in every day life within Technology. The atmosphere was very nice and familiar, people feeling comfortable while taking part in interesting activities.

By supporting me to discover what I want to do for future, the company invested a lot of information and resources. Having managing directors, chief officers and other key people to talk was a big investment for them and that showed a lot of consideration for us. During work shadowing I have seen great and ambitious projects in a practical way and I had the chance to ask questions.

This insight is extremely useful to undersand how a full time role would be. I discovered that there is a perfect match between me and them for future plans. I talked to a lot of people that have full time roles and I learned about most exciting parts of their jobs. I was completely fascinated about how complex their work is.

The culture is very important for the company and it can be seen in every interaction with their people. Their values are the same with mine. One of the reasons I chose to join this insight is the culture. They are really interested in respecting their values.

The insight was so valuable that now I know exactly what I want to do for future.

Very nice networking sessions were organized and I enjoyed this chance to talk to people a lot.

The networking events were very useful. We had the chance to meet a lot of intelligent and driven people from who we have a lot to learn. For example, I met a person that contributed a lot to my desire to join this company. He talked to other people in his department to see how my interests match their future plans.

During networking I learned more about the people that work in the company for example about their passions, interests and activities.

I would highly recommend this product.
