About You
I really enjoyed it! I made valuable connections whilst learning a lot at the same time.
I felt hugely valued throughout the course, it was all about personal development and helping us to improve as leaders.
We had group feedback sessions regularly and 1 to 1 coaching sessions on 2 out of the 4 days.
My degree involves a lot of group work, and I learned a lot about how to play to your other team members' strengths, something I think will help hugely not only in my degree but also in internships and in the workplace.
The Company
A general topic to be covered each day, but flexible depending on the group interest. The backbone of the week was well structured.
Very positive! My group collaborated particularly well, and although this may have varied slightly group to group the atmosphere from the coaches and facilitators was supportive and positive.
They invested a large amount. We have a fast track to internships and plenty of new connections.
Hard to tell from 4 days.
Seems to be a really positive and constructive culture but again hard to tell from this period of time.
