The Role
Brilliant role and a brillaint company
Made to feel like an equal from the start
Regular catch ups with my line manager and always offered support and advice if needed.
Project's came and went I was very busy on them, but my day to day job meant in between I was still busy.
I had my own part of the budget to manage and made decisions on a regular basis, I was trusted by my manager.
Highly recommended being back at uni only a week I can already begin to notice a difference in skill base
The Company
Good everybody got on with one another and was fun but serious.
There was a training schedule and programme, we had our own HR rep.
Any training I needed to do my job I was provided with.
