    • Really enjoyed it! Great insight in to what the bank does

    • It was clear lots of time, effort and expense was put in to the participants on the week, busy packed schedule!

    • Really well! Very busy but well planned and kept to schedule

    • Quite well, mainly from the desk rotations, got to actually work shadow

    • Large focus on culture throughout, focus on 'integrity'

    • Really valuable, for me this was the main bonus of the week as I was really unsure on doing banking before then

    • Paid for hotel, travel, and majority of food was provided

    • Had many different networking opportunities with different groups within the bank

    • Could be quite intense with certain individuals but on the whole became a fun and enjoyable experience, really helped me become comfortable with it
