About You
It was really diverse and really interesting. I had the opportunity to understand the work environment of Bank of America Merryl Linch, met people and did some work shadowing. It is a great opportunity to learn more about the culture of the bank in a short period of time.
Employees from the bank took time to come and meet us. It shows that they care about us and about our questions.
A really great support from the RH but also the employees. Everyone was there to help us and to answer all our questions. People were really available.
As we had the opportunity to go further on two business lines, I really learnt about this divisions. We were in smaller group and it was interactive; so everything was there to help us to understand the division and its specificities.
The Company
It was really well-organized, we did not do one thng twice; every presentation was different, a lot of games.
It was really friendly; I really met amazing people and I hop I will keep in touch with them. It w&s interesting meeting people from different backgrounds, the diversity was really present.
People in the firm took time to come and meet us; it shows how involved there are. Even senior people took time to meet us.
It is a short period of time to really understand but it is great to discover the offices and especially talk with people. The work shadowing was also really great to try to understand what it is going on during a full time position.
Meeting people was really great to understand the culure. And then, we had some presentations about the specificities of the culture, all the events and the associations.
Really great; I was interesting to research as weel, and after the presentation of the division, I was able to make my choice.
Everything Else
All the accomodations was booked; really well-organized.
A lot; thanks to dinner, drinks, breakfast. We had at least two networkings per day.
A little bit noisy sometimes, and could be difficult to find a place. But a lot of great advice and availability from the employees.
Yes, a great opportunity to discover everything that is offered to the employees.
Yes of course, a really great experience in a short periode of time.
