About You
The insight gave a great overview of the bank and was very informative. It was very well organised with many opportunities to talk to employees , it was also very well catered. There was also a speaker series where employees from different divisions of the bank came to talk about there current work.
We were given advice by some very senior members of the bank. We were also taken for a very nice 3 course meal where we were given the chance to network in a less formal environment.
The Company
Most of the people on the insight week were very easy to talk to and employees seemed excited to answer any questions about their job. Every one I met seemed to enjoy working at the bank.
There was a chance to participate in case studies and we also had skills sessions to develop ourselves , such as a presentation skills session (which was a personal highlight) and an interview skills session.
A very good overview of what a full time role at the bank was given , however there was not enough time for a very in depth insight into this.
Everything Else
I didn't live to far from the headquarters so there was no need to be reimbursed for expenses.
