The Role
I had a great time due to my very ambitious associate who taught me a lot. I like the company and the culture. Everyone is very open and helpful.
It is difficult to activily contribute and face clients since ECM only deals with super senior management and is very complex.
Like already mentioned, my associate took really good care of me and without her I wouldn't have learnt as much as I did.
Depending on the market it can get very busy very suddenly. Otherwise my team has a strict no-face time policy, which I appreaciate a lot.
Like already said, difficult to get a lot of responsibility since the team only interacts with the absolute senior management of a company.
Average, since I study Management. But it did help me indeed in understanding the market better and also convinced me to start my carreer in that field.
The Company
General atmosphere very open. Everyone is ready to answer any questions.
Very well organised, nothing to complain. HR guided us quite good throught the placement.
Not too much the firm in general. Didn't have many workshops but have to state though that I was not able to attend the trainig week.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Very appealing. If I will get an offer I will sign.
The Culture
Fellow interns are very nice as well. Not too much competition, though have to say that I was the only intern in my team and thus did not have to compete with someone directly.
London is pretty expensive. But internship is paid quite ok.
London offers everything, so good nightlife. question is rather if you have time to go out or if you're stuck in the office.
Opportunities yes, but no time.
