    • Everyone in Barclays is really supportive and helpful and by having this insight programme，I have gained more knowledge on each division and it help me to find out which area is my most enjoyed and interested

    • I think in Barclays I got much more guidance than i expected. And actually I progress myself everyday and get to know which area I most interested and whether it suits me as well.

    • I learnt lot and gained more information about how banks work and give me clear advise for my furure career

    • Structure of this insight programme is very good.i enjoyed the programme very much. And I never feel boring.

    • Barclays invest my personality a lot. I guess they really want to know what kind of person I am and what I am good at and interested and what kind of skills you have.

    • Yes! Barclays gives me lots of idea of working here and I like the way Barclays expressed.

    • Barclays have 5 values. I can now deeply understand Value-driven business in Barclays. And I found I really like the values. It match with my personal value.

    • There are lot. I have a networking evening event and I also have lots of work shadowing

    • There are lots of charity activists which is amazing I think as I have seen the photos and video they made over last few year.

    • I will say Barclays insight programme(Group Functions) is amazing and there is a place for you to really progress and discover yourself
