About You
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had the opportunity to discover many aspects of Rothschild's business which gave me a better idea about specific career path that I wish to pursue. There were many presentations, skills training sessions, work shadowing and we even took part in an volunteering activity.
There was a great amount exposure to current employees and senior management. We had 2 two-to-one work shadowing sessions with analysts and afternoon tea with directors. The spring class size was pretty small (23 people) so everyone was given a lot of attention.
There was some technical training and everyone was given the opportunity to ask questions (to analysts or speakers in presentations).
The Company
Everyone was really friendly and they are always helping one another. Interns are also given the chance to make friends and bond during team projects, socials and volunteering.
Everything Else
Definitely.
