The Role
Really enjoyed it. Great variety of tasks, friendly people to work with and positive, challenging environment.
Rather valued. Shared resource between two departments so work for both.
1 to 1s were a good use of time for guiding me.
Always had something to do and left the office every day thinking that it had been productive .
A lot of responsibility. Master user on compass system. Was in charge of transporting some expensive vehicles. Made some important documents which will be used in the motor industry on a daily basis.
Good work ethic and can apply philosophies and techniques to the rest of my degree.
The Company
Great atmosphere. Everyone works hard but also have fun. Good team spirit.
Very well organised. Only complaint is not going on the Burnaston factory tour which was originally meant to happen,
Good sessions on personal development and other training courses such as Excel, PDCA etc.

Very appealing. Applying for the graduate scheme at TGB. Good responsibilities and good salary are offered.
The Culture
Yes. Always have student lunches and socialised with students outside of work.
Cost of living very expensive. Apart from students, not much else regarding social life.
Nightlife very poor in Epsom but London is only 30 minutes away on the train.
A few things such as tennis clubs, karate and yoga. But never got round to them.
