  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • It was excellent, large amount of information and so i learnt a lot.

    • i felt very valued, we constantly reminded that we were the future and shown how graduates help the company

    • We received a lot of guidance whether it be during a group presentation or when we were shadowing a worker.

    • one of the main skills we developed was communication and this is a vital skill in almost every career and so this was incredibly useful.

    • it was relaxed but hard working and it seemed like it would be a fantastic place to work.

    • they invested time to talk to us, including a talk off the CEO and this is smething that we were told is carried through out your career.

    • It changed the career path that i was expecting to have and i now want to work in a completely different area in finance.

    • we were reminded of their values almost constantly as they were everywhere and on top of this you could see it was a very pleaseant environment and they nuture and help you grow.

    • As i said earlier it changed my career path and helped me gain a greater understanding of where i want to go.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

  • 12. Were there opportunities for networking and meeting other employees of the company or firm?

    • yes we had a networking evening and two sessions of shadowing employees, so many chances to meet people.

    • there were maybe too many interns per employee but besides that i got to have indepth talks with people from 4 different areas within the bank.

    • Yes it was a fantastic experience and help me see how a modern bank is run day to day.
