About You
Everything was well structured. All activities are very interesting and they did help us develop during the week especially the work shadowing.
Staffs were very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions.
The recruiters are always with you so you will be able to ask for support anytime.
I have developed insight knowledge of different departments in the bank. Teamwork and presentation skills have also developed by our case studies project..
The Company
There is a agenda place on the table every morning ad the app also did give us further information about the activities.
People in the same program are very nice and give their maximum effort in all activities. Great network was made during the week.
They gave some presentations to train us and some activities to help us develop.
Presentations Q&A gave us most of the information about the role in the bank.
We did just 2 sessions of work shadow, maybe more time with people in the bank could give us more of what their culture is.
Content was given by people in those roles giving a very detailed and insight on their jobs.
Everything Else
Yes there was one networking session in the evening.
Some people are very nice to talk with and they are willing to give answer we asked but their are some who really don't give much attention to us.
Yes there was a session from giving information about that.
Yes, it would be a valuable experience.
