About You
Discover EY programme was very engaging and enjoyable experience.
I felt extremely valued. People from top positions like partners were there to answer our questions and make us feel welcomed. One of the partners even took time out from an important meeting to speak to us. This just showed how people focused the organisation is.
The programme was very insightful with lot of support and guidance through presentations and networking.
Since the programme was only two days it did offer the best it could within that time frame. It definitely boosted my confidence which would be helpful in all areas. The other skills touched upon were presentation, communication, critical thinking, teamwork and networking. The information provided would help me make career choices in future.
The Company
The programme was very well organised. Every part of the day was planned and communicated well. There was never a confusion. Also there was good balance between theory and practical.
The atmosphere was nice and friendly. Everyone was keen to help and offer their guidance. There was a buzz among the staff and reflected a happy work culture.
With the limitation on time the company offered all it could for training and development.
There was lot of networking and information on this. However two days are not enough to get the true picture.
Even though we did not get opportunity to do any real work, we were based in EY which provided a good opportunity to get some understanding of company's culture.
The programme is structured in a way which helped me identify my strengths and how I could use them in my career. It also provided enough information to make decisions about career path.
Everything Else
The hotel accommodation was paid and travel costs are reimbursed.
There were plenty of networking opportunities including a dine and wine with staff.
Good.
Yes while speaking to the staff I got to know that there are lot of fun activities.
Yes. It definitely is a good opportunity to get an early direction to your career.
