About You
Very enjoyable: the atmosphere was very friendly and encouraging.
Very valued. The HR department was fantastic and really took the time to speak to each individual and to ensure that each got the best out of their time at Citi.
A lot of guidance. HR were always on hand and visibly eager to help.
The skills developed were quite broad and applicable to various aspects of life. A good focus on general skills as well as skills specific to the industry.
The Company
Very well structured. The use of the Guidebook was brilliant and ensured that every candidate knew the structure of the programme almost two weeks in advance!
Very friendly, HR ensured the atmosphere was welcoming and productive.
I felt that the firm invested in my development greatly. The small size of the programme ensured that individual attention could be paid easily.
To some extent. It is always difficult to truly understand the culture, especially as a women's only programme. The work shadowing did help.
To some extent. The nature of the programme limited the ability of this.
Valuable. Good access to different divisions.
Everything Else
Travel expenses. All food paid for.
Yes. Different opportunities.
They would have benefited from being more structured networking sessions. Need for social events to mix within the group as a whole.
To some extent.
Yes, for those who are interested in the industry or unsure. If you are certain about the industry and perhaps the division, a more specific programme with both genders would be better.
