    • Everybody was a bit stressed with an assessment that we had the last day, so people were not very talkative.

    • It was a great chance to see what it is like to work in the company. We had all our activities in the office in Manchester, so we could even feel the atmosphere insight the company. Our activities were similar to what the employees do on a daily basis and our "working hours" were the from 9am to 5pm .

    • The company could have organised some kind of accommodation for the participants, as I had to book a hotel and cover the costs of it on my own.

    • We had a networking event with the employees the first day after all the other activities..
