The Role
There is a lot of hard work and long hours involved but it is really rewarding and you get a lot of indepedence in the role from fairly early on.
It is a really close team and the managers are very easily approachable and just as much friends as managers.
Whenever I needed help and asked for it they would be more than willing to advise.
Some days were crazy busy but if managed well then days would run really smoothly and go quite quickly despite the long shift.
For the majority of the time I was the most experienced trainee so was a great support to managers. I could run the day for them so they could get on with anything that they needed to.
My confidence and people skills have grown and developed. I have been exposed to many different areas in business such as marketing, accounting, training and management and will be able to take away a lot from this placement.
The Company
Really enjoyable most days and I never dreaded going into work.
There are a lot of interns in the company so everyone knows how it works and what requirements we need to fulfull before we go back to uni.
Enterprise invest a lot in their interns. You have regular training at head office and on the job training is constant.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Healthcare from home
Hopefully I will be able to return to Enterprise when I finish uni.
The Culture
I worked with a few different interns but everyone in the company is so young anyway there isn't really any differention between graduates and interns and everyone is treated exactly the same.
