  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • The friendly atmosphere at Fidelity instantly put me at ease giving me the confidence to ask genuine questions unlike other Spring Insights where it was very intense and competitive.

    • Everybody took the time to answer our questions from all different parts of the company which was very useful

    • When doing our sales pitches we received the right amount of help, not too much nor too little.

    • I study Theology so its content has very little to do with Finance, however the skills of abstract thinking and creativity when solving problems was useful.

    • Everything was seamlessly organised.

    • I absolutely loved it and felt very motivated to pursue Equities after my degree

    • They gave us lots of tailored advice when we asked for it.

    • Shadowing someone in Equities was very useful for this.

    • People from all different areas of the firm gave similar messages about the culture

    • The equities talk cemented my very strong interest in it.

    • I am very grateful for the travel reimbursement which I was not given at other Spring Insights.

    • Mainly at lunch (which itself was delicious, thank you.)
