The Role
All my seniors and managers were very helpful. I never felt hesitant in walking up to them to clear a doubt or to discuss an idea. They were also keen to listen to what I had to say, and always gave very valuable feedback.
The Company
Although people were busy, they were always very friendly.
This was really well taken care of. I had one rotation on the Equities side and the other on the Fixed Income side. Also, one of my roles was sales and the other was strategy/trading. It provided a good mix of learning. Apart from this we also had several informal sessions, which helped us know our managers and team mates better.
