About You
The activites we did were really fun and I met loads of awesome people who worked there.
We obviously didn't do any work, but I felt like they wanted us to have fun and learn something.
We always had a group of people around to help us with activities if we were struggling.
My greater understanding of how banks of this type work will be hugely helpful in deciding what area of banking i would want to go into.
The Company
We may not have needed to do the case study (which was fairly complex) so soon but apart from that the activites flowed from one to another and at no point did it feel unorganised.
The atomosphere was a positive one where it was made sure that we were enjoying ourselves and learning.
They invested (funny because its an investment bank amiright) the time of lots of employees for the purpose of teaching us.
I now have a much better understaning on what investment banking, global markets etc are.
Nomura seems like a really nice place to work with the garden and the gym and the nice furniture.
Real helpful. It has confirmed that banking is the area of work I would most like to get into.
Everything Else
For the people who do not live in London, the trains or hotels were fairly expensive.
Yes at lunch time, I got many business cards.
The drinks evening was fun.
There was a pub nearby and the gym was nice.
Yes I have.
