The Role
The role was very enjoyable. I was always busy and challenged, but in a healthy way
I felt very valued throughout my placement. I was treated like every other member of staff.
The organisation pride themselves on the training they provide and I believe it was great.
I was alwasy busy, but no day is the same.
I was given a lot of responsibility. I was performing the same role as other people that have been in the organisation for 6 years.
My skills have developed massively. I have learnt to interview, go on client meetings, improved my business knowledge and overall my confidence has increased.
The Company
The office is always busy and noisey. Everyone is hardworking. The office often socialise as well.
The placement was extremely organised.
The company invested a lot of time into me. I went to london on training and was also provided a guide book to fill in and talk through with more senior level collegues.
Financial Bonus
The organisation has a brilliant structure and the prospects of a role after finishing a degree is very possible
The Culture
There is a very good social scene outside of work with collegues.
Bristol can be expensive depending on where you live within Birstol, but there is always something to do.
the nightlife is great especially if you are a student.
There are opportunities to get involved with charities events .
