The Role
Overall very interesting and a great lots of opportunities to network and gain experience. Occasionally very tideous work
Everyone willing to talk and assit if possible. Work outputs, well recieved in general
Manager helps as much as he could, occasionally brief could of been clear for both our benifits
Busy enough, always had something to do. Had to be proactive in finding things to do occasionally
Fair ammount of autonomy, to provide what was required at the end. How we did it was up to us.
Good group work and networking opportunites, helped with confidence greatly
The Company
Good work atmophere for a very technical floor plate. Chats allowed and dress down friday. Everyone encouraged to engage
Scheme well ran, project could of required more of a distint end product
Company provided opportunity and bursary through academic year aswell. However in terms of training etc. Not much provided except on how to use internal databases

Very encouraging, chances in lots of different areas and encouraged to come join the company. Shortcut into graduate scheme application process
The Culture
Large group of us 20, social side very good. We made effort got paintballing meals, go karting etc together
Fortunate, found ok resisidence in Leamington Spa fo £55 p/w and free shuttle bus to work from station. Others payed alot more. Nights out varied.
Good nightlife, found some good "haunts" expensive to drink out in clubs etc. but plenty of options
Lots of options through Newnet, National Grid new staff network. Social events chances to volenteer with Imagineering etc. Plenty of Clubs around to join. University of Warwick sports centre near by.
