The Role
I have had a really insightful year on placement and have thoroughly enjoyed my time at IBM.
My task manager was great - She guided me throughout my placement !
I have learned invaluable communication and team working skills from placement and have truly understood what it is like to work in a corporate environment.
The Company
It was a great atmosphere, we had a well integrated team which is what I enjoyed about the role.
There was help and guidance at every step with a mentor and task manager as support systems.
IBM gives you several opportunities for self and professional development.

Would love to comeback and become an IBMer! They offer a great graduate scheme and in the year that I have worked here, I have witnessed the learning and development opportunities the graduates are offered.
The Culture
Yes - We had a lovely atmosphere.
Living in London has it's ups and downs - Things were expensive, however, they were all worth it. I personally lived at home therefore I managed to save some of my salary.
London is known to have a great nightlife!
IBM encourage a lot of 'giveback' i.e. voluntary work, therefore, there are countless opportunities to get involved in those in all sorts of industries and sectors!
