The Role
It was thoroughly enjoyable, I learned so much and had a great time while doing it, meeting some great people.
I work at a small IBM office so we're all close here, which was great for getting started and getting into the role.
My managers were very supportive and kept me on track while encouraging activities elsewhere too.
I had a very busy role, which was beneficial as time flew by and allowed learning at a grand scale
I had a lot of responsibility with customer environments, occasionally they could not progress without me.
I was able to see the business working in action, and learn what customers want and need in a product. This will help me understand business and customer needs in the future.
The Company
As it was a small environment, we had great fun as we were all friends, and it was never "dead" in the office.
It's clear that the company had done it before as it was all so organised. Every step of the way had support and expertise at our disposal.
They were always eager to support my education and allowed me to learn in many aspects of the business.

Working from home
There is a lot of competition, but I feel confident that I can get further within the business
The Culture
Really good social side as it was a small environment so we all got on, and it was close to London so it had an even better scene
It was near London, so it was expensive, but they had other places to work that would have been cheaper
It was London, so it was amazing
IBM encourage you to get out and do other things too, so there were many opportunities
