The Role
There were so many people on holidays in August which meant some tasks had to be left out.
I found everyone really nice and warm to me. It is a very good environment to work in. I actually feel like I have been here for a long time. I have also made very good contacts and network.
I got required guidance from whichever manager that gave me a job to do.
There were busy days and days I did not have much to do, because most people were on holidays.
I was given responsibility for the tasks I had to do and found some of them quite helpful and motivating
This question is not applicable to me because I have graduated a long time ago.
The Company
Very friendly atmosphere
The Internship set up was very well organised though I would suggest a bit of supervision from the organisers to the host organisation to be ensure structure is put in place for the interns.
I had the opportunity to attend very valuable HR related training and workshops.
Very hopeful I will get a job with them
The Culture
N/A. I am the only Intern my host organisation has ever had
I do not live in the area I worked
Don't know as I live in a neighbouring city
