The Role
Really enjoyable experience with a great opportunity to learn and meet new people.
Everyone throughout the business were extremely friendly and welcoming. The work that you do is recognised and appreciated by all.
Always someone to talk to and great place to ask questions.
Occasionally it was very busy but this was a great way to prioritise and manage my time more effectively.
I was given a huge amount of responsibility which enabled me to perform and be successful in the role. Responsibility is given as and when earned.
Couldn't have learnt more through the internship. The skills I have learnt will be an asset going forward.
The Company
Good balance. It can be quiet at times but never a dull day.
Really well organised. Would have liked the induction day to have been a bit longer with more of an insight.
A lot of opportunities to get involved with learning and development but this is very much an option and you can decide whether to take such opportunities on.
