The Role
I really enjoyed the exposure I gained into IBM's business operations and the how the company is always expanding into new markets.
I felt valued by my colleagues because the work I was doing made a difference and I could see the benefit
As you are assigned a professional development manager this helps you to keep on track and focus on tackling new challenges.
I have been extremely busy at times but the work does keep you busy as there is a lot of analysis and organisation that is required.
I was given a significant amount of responsibility which has been increasing since I've joined.
The Company
Very focused and friendly
