The Role
Everyday was new and there were several opportunities to go into.
There was a real presence of a team spirit from day one and it continued to grow over the year and before I realized, members of my team were depending on me for critical inputs.
this is perhaps my greatest highlight, my manager has turned me from a shy student into a confident professional and helped me develop both professionally and personally.
I think I was busier than most other interns but there is a good variance and I like to keep busy anyway.
There was no question that I was handed real responsibility from day one. My first day was an incredibly steep learning curve and perhaps my first responsibility as well.
not directly related to my degree, but very important life skills and transferable skills.
The Company
A typical day at the office, with humor braking out once in a while. Cheerful and bright to say the least.
It's a brilliant scheme with several opportunities and IBM is very well organized and done this thousands of times.
A great deal is the best way to put it.
