The Role
Working at Hays has been a pleasure due it it's amazing location, fantastic office and attractive culture. Hays recognizes and rewards hard work which has proved very useful in motivating myself.
Highly valued, since the day I started I have been able to build a strong rapport with my colleagues. I have made many friends during my placement which has made me feel highly valued.
For my first few months I was given extensive training both on and off site, this proved very useful as the help given to me by senior members of staff helped me settle in to my place.
Very busy, I had many tasks to complete such as calling candidates, business development, candidate meetings and client visits. There has never been a dull day at the office.
I have been given the same amount of responsibility as any other consultant at Hays, from my very first day I was calling candidates and clients.
The recruitment work ethic has taught me to be much more proactive, it has taught to conduct myself in the workplace and will put me in a good position when I complete me degree. It has taught me that going the extra mile is highly important.
The Company
It is a great atmosphere, it is very competitive. The bright atmosphere has provided me with a large amount of motivation.

Fairly expensive.
Fantastic, I work in the city so there is a wide range of bars and nightclubs.
There are boxing, yoga and football clubs which are run on a weekly basis.
