The Role
This internship gave me a very high level of responsibility and gave me exposure to a great number of high level tasks. You are give autonomy and the responsibility of running your own desk. High pressure and fast paced, rewarding when you find success
A good team feel and a sociable environment to work in
We were given formal training and support throughout.
This is ultimately up to you but with expectations from mangers and the business
I was given a large amount of responsibility and was responsible for business generation, client management and candidate strategies.
A very good grounding skill set with multiple skills being applicable elsewhere.
