The Role
I enjoyed most parts of my role, obviously some actions involving admin are not always that enjoyable but apart from that I enjoyed my role very much. It was much easier to enjoy my placement due to the variety of work I had.
Almost everyone valued me highly as a team member, a few issues with certain people but unfortunately there are people like this everywhere.
A lot of support from management with regular reviews and guidance.
Workload came in waves. Workload was almost always reasonable.
A large amount, given projects independence and worked on items previously managed by graduates
I have gained a variety of transferable skills while working with IBM. Also improving my business knowledge which will benefit me in my degree and my role.
The Company
mostly positive, once again a few challenging people but this will happen everywhere. in our team the atmosphere was positive and supportive.
yes all very well organised

A strong recruitment drive in technology and consulting, although a lack of variety is apparent.
The Culture
I am not a massively social person but there was a lot of activities including a Christmas party and an end of year part which was great fun.
was located in South Bank, so great socializing and lving, obviously not cheap, but IBM pay you extra to work in London so it evens out.
London is your Oyster, you could never run out of places to go, although the majority of options are not cheap.
yes, lots of giveback
