The Role
given lot of responsibility and challenge so enjoyable
made to feel important part of team
manager very helpful, always has time for me if I need help or ask question
during first two week very busy and last two weeks a bit more relaxed but still have jobs to do
more then I expected
I will find out next year
The Company
Nice and relaxed, people working but still have time to chat and have friendly banter
good, IT access could be sorted out better in beginning
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Great salary for a starting graduate, work is good and environment is good as well. But chances of promotion and reaching the top a bit low so maybe not for ambitious people.
The Culture
quite a few placements so had night outs and social events
Peterborough is quite cheap place to live in.
Poor. But in the bright side London is only like 1 hour away on train from Peterborough or other cities like Nottingham.
did some volunteer work for local primary school working with kids on Thursday afternoon for a term. Also helped HR with recruitment in graduate and placement fair in Nottingham University
