The Role
It was the best year of my life so far in both a professional and personal sense, i enjoyed it more than i ever expected.
I felt very valued, and appreciated. They made me feel like an integral part of the team from day one all the way through until the end
My managers never-ending support and encouragement was constant and really kept me motivated, and helped me to improve
My time at Intel involved multitude of projects, events etc. so my days were filled, in the best way possible
You are made to feel like a full-time employee rather than 'just an intern' with real responsibilities
The skills I've learnt and the friends, improvements and growth that i've made both personally and professionally will help me in all aspects of my future
The Company
I loved being in the office - everyone was really friendly, and everyone gets on really well which makes it a relaxed, calming and fun atmosphere.
I was always encouraged to take part in trainings to develop my skills, and required training had to be completed on a regular basis. I had meetings with my manager on a weekly basis where feedback was given and areas to improve on etc. were discussed, ensuring I kept learning and improving.
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
A future job within Intel is a very exciting and sought-after prospect; i'd be ecstatic and grateful to have the opportunity to return.
The Culture
we are like a family - always there for each other, planned days/nights out etc.
Average, affordable, reasonable
Slightly poor, but it was okay because the 40+ interns made it good!
YES. Sports and social clubs for after work, things to do in the area etc.
