About You
I thought the insight was very rewarding and solidified my belief to apply to JLL for an internship next year.
The recruitment team were very nice, and all the people involved in the day, from the graduates explaining their jobs, to the work shadowing, treated me well and were helpful.
Throughout the day it was very useful, but the work shadowing was extremely useful and was ultimately the best part of the day.
I am not certain that it has helped me in my degree knowledge, but it has influenced my decisions of future papers to take.
The Company
There was no fault in the day.
JLL's atmosphere was very positive, and it reflected clearly in the outlook of the graduates working there.
The team building exercise was nice, but the graduate panel and the work shadowing truly helped me develop knowledge of how to enter the real estate industry.
Being able to speak to people in different parts of the firm gave a multifaceted vision of the different roles within the firm.
JLL's atmosphere was warming.
This has set me on applying for real estate opportunities in the future.
Everything Else
I was fully reimbursed for the travel expenses.
The lunch and work shadowing introduced me to many people from a wide range of jobs that showed me the different opportunities available, and allowed me to network with like minded people.
Good.
The employee I shadowed told me about the many sports he partakes in every week, and we were made aware of the charity run as well through the presentations.
Without a doubt. It was a clear and succinct day post-exams that has determined me to apply for opportunities in the company.
