    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • My role has been the greatest gift! I was able to understand what it is really like to work in a large corporation.... and I like it! The opportunities were endless, the ability to shape your own future

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • Never felt like an intern! My team not only valued but respected and trusted me to do any task at any time. Definitely a big part of why I enjoyed my placement year was the people!!

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • My managers guided me whenever they felt I needed support, but equally allowed be to develop by going through a trial and error process myself. Always felt at ease to ask any question or just to ask for help!

    5/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • Very Busy, but that is what I preferred. There was the ability to adjust the workload at any time, however I knew what I was capable of and so did the team!

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Definitely think that as soon as I got the hang of it, I was able to take on as much responsibility I felt I could handle. Working along side very experienced members of the company and understanding the corporation was a great feeling!
