The Role
When I was busy it was fine, but when I didn't have much to do it dragged a bit.
Once I had gotten to know the people around me I became more valued.
When I asked for it it was usually given.
Most of the time there wasn't much for me to do.
Not that much responsibility. I wasn't properly train on a lot of things until half way through the year.
The skills I have learned from training and intern event I value and will definitely use in life.
The Company
Very friendly, plenty of jokes but still professional.
The intern events were well organised but the actual placement for my internship didn't seem overly organised.
The company invested in a third party company to train us with certain skills.
Flexi Time
Sports and Social Club
Not overly appealing.
The Culture
When seeing them all during training events the social scene was good.
Pretty normal.
Pretty normal.
There were plenty of opportunities.
