The Role
I have had a thoroughly enjoyable year here at IBM with many opportunities put in front of me enabling me to learn and grow as an IBMer.
Very, I am valued by all colleagues both those that are full time IBMers and those who are other interns.
Any issues were quickly sorted out and if I ever seeked help I was able to find it.
Fairly, I have not bee flat out all of the time. Some weeks may be quieter than others and other weeks may have been very very busy, it has varied.
I was given lots of responsibility, from presenting on calls to some client facing roles which was a real challenge and was really enjoyable.
I will aim to apply the 9-5 routine from working at IBM to my university studies. In addition to this I hope that my professional skills have developed greatly and will benefit me in all jobs I gain in the future.
The Company
Good, as interns we were respected in the office and had a good relationship with one another.
Very, there were many opportunities for out of office activities.
IBM were always happy to invest in me and allow me to go to any outside of work activities.
Working from home
Very, I have applied back to the IBM Graduate Scheme
The Culture
Very good, there have been many social events over the year.
The commute was expensive as is London but that is to be expected.
London is a fantastic night out.
Yes, endless opportunities
