The Role
So much so that I don't want to leave!
I felt like my colleagues valued my opinions and my efforts, which made my time here much more rewarding on a personal level.
My team have been hugely helpful in explaining anything I have struggled to understand, and are always on-board with supporting my ideas and personal development.
I was always a little too busy, but that's where I thrive so it worked out better for my work style!
Huge amounts - the more responsibility I took on, and the more I delivered, the more I became trusted with senior-level tasks which reaped its own rewards, such as more engaging, meaningful projects and further insight into the business and its operations
Although the skills I have learnt are not solely relevant to my course, they are transferrable skills that will aid me in whatever career I adopt in the future, and I'm sure they'll contribute to my study approach and attitude in the future
The Company
The chemistry I had with my team made for a really fun and vibrant working environment, where we were able to engage on an intellectual level, a logical level and a personal level. It was a perfect balance of fun and practicality!
While more formal training was received, such as induction days and excel training, a lot of time was invested from my managers as well with regards to helping me develop my favourable skills and talents, which did a lot for my confidence and for my attitude as an employee.

Very appealing - although nothing has been secured as of yet, it would be more than a dream to return to VW
The Culture
I wasn't hugely involved with the other undergraduates throughout the business, but what little I did join in on was fun and always a laugh!
Somewhat affordable - not so expensive that it broke the bank, but enough that being conscious of your balance was a must
As good as you made it to be honest. There's a Revolution at the Hub, as well as a Wetherspoons and a couple of clubs nearby, but it really depends how much variety plays into what you would classify as a good nightlife. It did the job!
